Collective Design & Build is locally owned by Phil Caccamise, owner of Fine Design Stone and Fine Design Tile, and Sean Knorr, owner of Hawkeyez Construction.
After decades of experience working with homeowners, builders, and designers, Phil and Sean recognized a common challenge: completing a remodeling project often meant visiting multiple showrooms, coordinating different suppliers, and managing separate contractors.
They created Collective Design & Build to simplify the entire design and remodeling process. The name Collective reflects the belief that clients should not be limited to a single manufacturer, designer, or contractor. Instead, Collective Design & Build brings together a carefully curated collection of materials, trusted industry professionals, and construction expertise under one roof.
